Your support is important to our work at Livi Lives. There are many ways you can contribute towards our causes, and every little bit that you commit goes a long way in helping us fulfill our mission. Learn more about how you can get involved and take advantage of the opportunity to do some good.  

We are happy to work with good people who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children.

OUR GOAL

We would love to purchase a SNAPZ to set up at various events to provide families the need support while they attend community events.

Special Needs Accessible Privacy Zones

SNAPZ - Is a Hospitality Tent that offers a sheltered and discreet space for families with all kinds of special needs.
It's a place for:

• Changing diapers

• Feeding needs (tubes, formulas, breast)

• Calming meltdowns

• Reducing sensory overloads

Each tent will contain:

• A changing area

• Toileting area

• Seating

• Calming supplies and activities

• Donated supplies such as diapers, wipes, etc (when available)

We Are Special can provide this service for local community events, parks, fairs and concerts to make the experience more comforting to special needs families.

We're always looking for volunteers to help set up, take down, and hang with. "Volunteering" can be as simple as bringing you and the family to the event, and hanging out at the tent for about 30 minutes.

The graphic to the left is a rendering of the custom made tent(s) that we hope to purchase by raising donations for the SNAPZ Program.

Each 10x15 SNAP Zone will have a toiletry and changing area, be equipped with sensory friendly activities and offer family seating for resting and soothing meltdowns. It will offer shade and a cool place to relax during sensory overloads. We will offer complimentary water, refreshments and supplies as available.

Each tent is waterproof made of a heavy duty aluminum frame with privacy walls. They are equipped with quiet run cooling fans for summer months and heaters for cooler months to ensure that the area is comfortable for families.

The toileting area will feature a portable potty with sanitary liners that turn into a bio-degradable gel for eco-friendly disposal after each use.
